Company settings
Your company details live in Management → Settings (the “Organization settings” page). You can also get there from the menu under your name at the bottom left — the Settings item. Here you set the name and country, company details, logo, contact person and report language, and see your plan and issued invoices.
Only a company administrator can change the settings. Other employees can only view the name, country, company details, logo, report language and plan — with the note “Organization settings are managed by your company administrator” — and the Contact information and Issued invoices cards are hidden from them.
What's in the “Company and plan” section
- Company settings — this article.
- Personal profile: photo, name, phone, password, emails — /docs/account/profile.
- Interface language and report language — /docs/account/languages.
- Plans and billing — /docs/account/pricing.
Organization details and company details
The Organization details card:
- Name in the service. This is what your company is called in jeCheck. Required.
- Country. Required. The country determines the names of the company detail fields: for example, BIN / IIN for Kazakhstan; TIN (INN), KPP and OGRN / OGRNIP for Russia; a tax and registration number for other countries.
- Company details. Legal name, tax and registration number, Legal address, Director (full name and position). All company detail fields are optional.
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the card.

For companies in Russia there is a Find in the registry by name or INN field: start typing the name or INN and pick the organization from the suggestions — the details are filled in and saved automatically. If the search is unavailable, fill in the fields manually.
Contact information
The Contact information card shows who handles jeCheck on your company's side:
- First name — required;
- Phone — required, in international format, e.g. +7 999 123-45-67;
- Billing email — where invoices are sent; at registration it is filled in with the company creator's email.
Click Save in the card.
Logo
In the Logo card, click Upload logo and choose a PNG or JPG file up to 5 MB. Your logo will be shown instead of the jeCheck logo. A custom logo is part of the Enterprise plan's white label features: when plan limits apply, the button is locked on Start and Network, with “Available on Enterprise” and a how to get it link below it. While plan limits don't apply (the Plan card says all features are free), you can upload a logo on any plan. More in /docs/account/pricing.
Report language
In the Report language card, choose Russian, English or Kazakh. This language is used for PDF audit reports, report emails, AI analysis and the text of tasks created from audits. Each employee has their own menu language, chosen in their profile. More in /docs/account/languages.

Plan and invoices
- The Plan card shows your current plan and how many locations you have (and the limit, if any). The Upgrade to Network button (or Contact us about Enterprise on Network) sends a plan change request to support. The Plans and calculator link opens the pricing page. More in /docs/account/pricing.
- The Issued invoices card lists the company's invoices: period, Locations (how many locations the invoice covers — you pay per location, not per user) and status (Paid, Awaiting payment or Trial). If there are no invoices, the card says “No invoices yet”.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I change the company name?
In the Name in the service field of the Organization details card, then Save.
Why can't I change the settings?
Only a company administrator can change them. Ask them to make the change or to make you an administrator — see /docs/team/roles-and-positions.
Can I change the country after registration?
Yes, in the Country field of the same card. After the change, the company detail field names change too. The report language stays the same — it is chosen separately.
Can I pay for a plan right in the settings?
No, there is no online payment. In the Plan card, click Upgrade to Network — the request goes to support, and the jeCheck team switches your plan and sends an invoice. More in /docs/account/pricing.
