Plans and billing

Updated 23 Oct 2026 4 min Owner / manager Web app

In jeCheck you pay for locations, not for users: you can add as many employees as you like on any plan. There are three plans — Start, Network and Enterprise.

How to check your plan

Open Management → Settings, Plan card. It shows:

  • the name of your current plan;
  • Locations — how many locations you have and, if the plan has a limit, how many are allowed (for example, “2 of 2”);
  • the Upgrade to Network button (on Start) or Contact us about Enterprise (on Network) — a plan change request, see below;
  • the Plans and calculator link to the pricing page jecheck.io/pricing.

If the Plan card says “Right now every jeCheck feature is free — no plan limits.”, plan limits don't currently apply to your company: all sections and any number of locations are available.

Start plan — free

Up to 2 locations, unlimited users, no time limit. It includes everything for audits:

  • checklist builder and templates;
  • audits in the mobile app: offline, photos, geolocation, signature;
  • manual tasks and a kanban board;
  • audit planner;
  • basic analytics;
  • knowledge base: instructions (creating and reading).

Network plan — per location

$15 per location per month billed monthly, or $12.50 per location per month billed yearly (2 months free). Unlimited users at no extra cost. Includes everything in Start with no location limit, plus:

  • automation: scenarios, task assignment by role, “after” photos, reminders, escalations and morning digests;
  • AI: audit review, PDF summaries, violation task text, before/after photo checks, test question generation;
  • employee testing and certification;
  • mystery shopper;
  • HACCP module (the Today screen and log entries are available on any plan);
  • instructions: read confirmation, versions, QR codes;
  • advanced analytics, Excel and PDF export, report mailings;
  • priority support.

Enterprise plan — custom

Everything in Network, plus:

  • white label: the interface and reports under your brand, including your own logo in Settings;
  • a dedicated manager.

Pricing is agreed individually.

What happens if you have more locations than your plan allows

On Start you can run up to 2 locations. When the limit applies and has been reached, adding a new location shows the message “The “Start” plan allows up to 2 locations. Switch to “Network” to add more.” Existing checklists, audits, tasks and users are kept when you change plans.

Invoices and payment

There is no online payment in the web dashboard. Issued invoices are shown in Management → Settings, Issued invoices card: period, Locations — how many locations the invoice covers — and status: Paid, Awaiting payment or Trial. On the Network plan, the invoice amount is the number of locations × $15 per month (or × $12.50 per month billed yearly). The invoice address is set in the Billing email field of the Contact information card.

How to upgrade to a paid plan

The jeCheck team switches you to a paid plan — you don't change it yourself or pay by card in the dashboard.

  1. Open the “Plan” card. Management → Settings, Plan card.
  2. Click the upgrade button. On Start — Upgrade to Network, on Network — Contact us about Enterprise.
  3. Check the request. The subject and text are already filled in: your company name and how many locations you have. Add anything you need (for example, how many locations you plan to open or your preferred payment method).
  4. Click “Send request”. The request becomes a support ticket in the “Billing and plan” category, and its page opens. The reply comes by email and also appears in Help → Support.

Once the plan is switched, the new plan appears on the Plan card and the invoice in the Issued invoices card. For Enterprise, you can also click Contact us on jecheck.io/pricing. Prices are in US dollars; the payment method (invoice or card) is agreed when the plan is set up.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a location?

Any location in Management → Locations: a restaurant, store, club, warehouse or branch. Deleted locations don't count. The number of users, audits and checklists doesn't affect the price.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Start is free with no time limit.

Will I lose data when I change plans?

No. Checklists, audits, tasks and users are kept when you switch between plans.

Why is the “Upload logo” button disabled?

A custom logo is part of white label, which comes with the Enterprise plan. When plan limits apply, the button is locked on Start and Network with the hint “Available on Enterprise”. If the Plan card says all features are currently free, you can upload a logo on any plan.
