Schedule & attendance

Staff schedule: shifts, publishing, open shifts, clock-in/out with breaks, who is on shift now, attendance records, timesheet, absences and shift swaps, availability, KPI and payroll. Location permissions follow schedule.*; pay rates and payroll require pay.* and are omitted otherwise.

GETList shifts

GET /schedule/shifts

Shifts at locations where the token has schedule.view, by date. Drafts and unpublished changes are included (status: draft, published, changed; removed — deleted but not yet published). Default period — the current week, max 62 days.

GETGet the schedule board of a location

GET /schedule/board

What the schedule grid shows for one location: employees with hour totals, shifts with warnings and attendance, absences, availability, demand coverage and totals. Shift cost, employee rates and the budget are included only with pay.rates.view at the location.

Copies the shifts of days days starting at date_from to target_date, optionally repeated. Absent employees are skipped. Copies are drafts.

Replaces all availability items of the acting user (or a managed employee). Each item: weekday (1–7) or date, optional start_time/end_time HH:MM, kind unavailable | preferred, note.
